What if I want to return or exchange something?
Guaranteed Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us in the original package and in resalable condition within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund, credit or exchange. If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.

Are shipping charges refundable?
If the error is ours, we will refund your original shipping and return shipping.

When temporarily out of an item, we will backorder it for you. Your credit card will not be charged until it ships.

At Musical Kidz, shipping and handling charges are based on:

  • the delivery option you choose at checkout
  • the weight, size, dimensions of your items and the order value
  • your shipping preferences

You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Shipping" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. Some items have a flat shipping fee due to oversized packages or special shipping requirements. This is indicated in the product description. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

What if I would like rush delivery?
For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery with our 3 business day Express Shipping. If there is an expedited shipping surcharge due to size or weight, it will be noted alongside the item description on the product page. This charge is billed, per address, in addition to the Standard Delivery charges. The following option is available:

When will my order ship?
In most cases we ship in-stock merchandise within 48 hours and you should receive your package within 2-weeks. Please use a street address where possible .
